Rendezvous at Watch Hill, Fire Island https://www.nps.gov/fiis/planyourvisit/watchhill.htm.  The dates for the rendezvous are Saturday and Sunday, September 7 and 8, 2019.  Watch Hill is a National Park, has a large marina, full service restaurant, snack bar, tikki bar and small general store.  They are very welcoming of boating groups and Watch Hill is also accessible by ferry for those unable to bring a boat https://www.davisparkferry.com/wh-schedule.

We have been in contact with the dock master, Doug, at Watch Hill and, for those wishing to bring a boat, the easiest way to book a reservation is via www.dockwa.com.  In the notes you must include that you are part of the ACBS rendezvous so that Doug can place us together.  Doug has also provided us with their phone number -631 597 6073 – to make reservations for those who can’t use DOCKWA (you can speak with any of the staff at that number to make a reservation).  Using DOCKWA is super easy and once you have an account, your information is in the DOCKWA system and you can make reservations all over the US in a snap.
